What you'll own

You'll build and run the growth engine end-to-end - affiliates + CRO + lifecycle + analytics + ops and turn messy processes into scalable systems.

• Growth Ops / RevOps: define the revenue funnel, own pipeline hygiene, and maintain GTM reporting.
• Attribution & analytics: event tracking + dashboards + alerts; ensure source-of-truth metrics across PostHog/warehouse/CRM.
• Systems & automation: automate workflows (partner onboarding, affiliate tracking/payouts, lead routing, KYC/deposit status syncs).
• CRM & data model: own Attio structure (stages, fields, dedup...
