Developing and managing performance marketing campaigns to acquire, engage and retain customers within our SAM across paid search, social media, email marketing and PPC. This includes Always On Digital strategies, Global Campaigns and Paid Search;
Analyzing campaign performance, identifying trends and optimizing for improved ROI and conversion rates;
Working closely with creative, ABX, product and analytics teams to implement performance marketing strategies;
Leading experimentation and testing to improve user experience and optimize campaign results;
Managing and allocating budgets, forecasts and KPIs for performance marketing campaigns ensuring maximum impact;
Staying up-to-date on the latest industry trends and identifying new opportunities for growth and innovation.
