About the Role
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who can own end-to-end demand generation — from strategy to execution. This role is for someone who doesn’t just plan campaigns but actually builds, runs, tests, and optimizes them across outbound, paid, and social channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute B2 B outbound email campaigns (DB sourcing, segmentation, execution, ROI tracking)
Drive demand generation through direct outreach to targeted decision-makers.
Run and optimize paid campaigns across Google (PPC), Linked In, and Meta.
Execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns for Bigcity Promotions.
Track and improve key metrics: ROI, conversions, campaign performance.
Develop and implement marketing strategies end-to-end (planning → execution → optimization)
Collaborate with sales to ensure quality lead pipeline and conversions.
