Gifting Performance Marketer

Location Mumbai

We're looking for a Performance Marketer with 4+ years of experience to lead demand generation for our Corporate, Wedding, and Social Gifting business.

What we're looking for:

- Strong hands-on experience with Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads

- Expertise in audience segmentation, funnel building, retargeting, and campaign optimization

- Experience managing high-value purchases with longer decision-making cycles

- Strong understanding of ICP creation, buyer intent signals, and B2B lead generation

- Ability to plan and execute seasonal campaigns (Diwali, Wedding Season, Raksha Bandhan, etc.)

- Experience working closely with sales teams and external agencies

- Data-driven mindset with a focus on CPL, ROAS, conversion rates, and lead quality
