Growth Manager — Amazon & TikTok Shop

We're working with a profitable, fast-growing DTC brand built around functional supplements and natural ingredients. The business is already at multi-million-dollar revenue and entering its next phase of growth. This is the first dedicated growth hire, working directly with the founder.

This is a hands‑on role, not a VP or strategy seat. It suits someone who wants to be close to execution, own a P&L;, and drive profitable growth.

The role

• Own Amazon as the primary revenue and profit driver
• Use TikTok as a demand engine that feeds Amazon and lifts the brand overall
• Manage external agencies and platform partners across Amazon, TikTok, and the creator ecosystem
• Tie content, conversion, and contribution margin together across channels
• Shopify and other marketplaces are on the roadmap, with scope to own those as they come online
