We are looking for a Head of Growth to lead revenue growth across our e-commerce business. This is a high-impact role for someone who understands how to combine data, experimentation, customer behavior, and commercial thinking to unlock performance across the full customer journey.
This role goes beyond traditional CRO. While conversion rate optimization remains an important part of the job, the bigger focus is on identifying and driving growth opportunities across the store, offers, funnels, retention opportunities, and overall buying experience. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to turn insights into actions that grow revenue and improve customer value.
