SmartFlower Solar LLC is seeking a hands-on Financial Controller to lead our financial accounting and human resources operations. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting, overseeing human resources, and supporting senior leadership in financial reporting and analysis.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a growth-stage or renewable energy company, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. A competitive compensation package will be offered.
