The Opportunity

1DigitalStack is looking for growth-minded individuals who have been in the trenches — founders who have built D2C or marketplace brands, and operators who know what it takes to grow on Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, and other platforms from first principles.

This is not a conventional sales or account management role. As a Growth Consultant at 1DS, you will embed yourself as a strategic partner to consumer brands — understanding their category dynamics, diagnosing marketplace performance gaps, and co-creating growth roadmaps that span media, assortment, pack architecture, and execution. You will be the person our clients call when they want to grow, not just report.
