Responsible for implementing and embedding enterprise risk management practices across business units.

Responsibilities Implement and maintain enterprise risk management framework Identify, assess, and mitigate business risks Facilitate risk assessments and workshops Monitor and report on risk exposure and mitigation plans Support business continuity planning Ensure compliance with governance frameworks (e.g., ISO, COSO) Engage stakeholders across business units Promote risk awareness and culture across the organization Requirements & Experience Masters Degree in Engineering, Finance, or related field 10–15 years experience in global enterprise risk management Experience in mining, chemicals, or industrial sectors Knowledge of risk frameworks (COSO, ISO 31000) Strong analytical and reporting skills Experience with ERM systems and tools Strong stakeholder engagement ability Excellent communication and presentation skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
