Reporting to VP Group Management Level Handles 3 department Managers; 8 Section Managers; 18 Indirect Personnel Minimum 10 years management experience in Technical Services and Validation in a pharma, food, cosmetics manufacturing operation Work in Technical Services entail : translating/adapting manufacturing/packaging process to equipment and facility; management and control of manufacturing and packaging process and technical documentation; supervise/manage all technical activities (Manufacturing/ packaging process validation of new/revised formula, improvement of equipment, facilities, systems and process and resolution of problems arising in routine operation process; coordinates/collaborates with clients/customers updated technical information and data of various products and processes and updated quality related SOPs such as cGMP guidelines, and validation guidelines Work in Validation entails: Ensure that the status of the Plant is validated (process/systems, protocols, e...
