JOB PURPOSE

• The Group Manager, Diaspora Banking is responsible for developing, driving, and overseeing Ecobank’s Diaspora Banking strategy across the network. The role focuses on designing compelling value propositions for Diaspora communities, expanding cross-border banking and remittance flows, deepening customer engagement, and ensuring segment profitability. The incumbent will lead regional Diaspora teams, build strategic partnerships, enhance customer experience, and ensure consistency and operational alignment across affiliates.
