Position Overview
Duties Facilities Maintenance: Develop and implement comprehensive preventative and reactive maintenance schedules for all buildings, guest areas, staff accommodation, and grounds. Technical Expertise: Manage complex systems including solar power, generators, water treatment, sewage, refrigeration, and HVAC. Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and schedule maintenance staff, contractors, and technicians. Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations, including conducting regular safety inspections. Budget & Procurement: Manage maintenance budgets, inventory of tools, and spare parts procurement. Operational Support: Collaborate with lodge managers to minimize guest disruptions and maintain high-quality guest experience. Requirements Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering At least 8+ yearsβ experience in facilities or maintenance management, preferably within luxury lodges, resorts, or hotels.
