In this role, the Group Leader Technical Services will be responsible to lead the maintenance team responsible for the training equipment preventive and corrective maintenance at customer site. The incumbent will be responsible to meet “Performance Based Accountability” Key Performance Indicators (KPI) that are directly related to CAE revenues and profits for this contract.


Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
+ Coordinate and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance to achieve required availability and reliability KPI on flight training devices and other training equipment/facilities.
+ Supervise a dynamic team of technical staff that must meet the set KPIs.
+ Create work schedules, ensuring that an adequate roster is available at all times to cover contracted training availability window.
