Introduction to the job 

Within Operations EUV Clamps, you lead a manufacturing group at BER02 with a focus on qualification. Your team ensures that components and processes can be reliably transferred into serial production. You operate at the interface between Development, Manufacturing, and rampup, creating clarity in priorities and delivering robust, data-driven results. 

You lead a team of three Team Leads and approx 60 employees, shaping how collaboration and accountability are lived in daily operations. You challenge the status quo and drive change, strengthen your team in delivering quality and ownership, and bring the right perspectives together so decisions are effective and sustainable. This is how you create results that hold up in daily production and drive the progress of manufacturing.
