You are an experienced bioconjugation or Antibody Engineering ‑focused scientist who thrives in discovery. You know how to design, implement, and optimise antibody–oligo conjugates, build assays, validate constructs, and move programmes toward candidate selection. You want to lead a function, build a team, and shape an emerging therapeutic platform from the ground up.

A newly established RNA‑therapeutics initiative is scaling rapidly and now seeks a Group Leader, Antibody Engineering to lead AOC engineering, bioconjugation workflows, assay development, and cross‑functional integration.
