Job description

Reporting to the Group HR, the HR Business Partner will be providing support to Finance, Procurement, Legal, Intellectual Property and Italy Public Affairs. The incumbent will be responsible for aligning HR
strategies and initiatives with business objectives and goals. The role involves working closely with managers to identify and address HR-related challenges and opportunities.

Key responsibilities:

1. Building strong relationships with employees, managers, local HR community globally and other stakeholders to foster a positive and productive work environment.
2. Providing guidance and support to managers on HR-related issues, including performance management, employee relations, and talent development.
