The Group HR Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the full spectrum of human resource functions across Singapore, Philippines, Malaysia, and India. This role ensures alignment of HR strategies, compliance with local labour laws, and effective delivery of HR operations across all entities. The position requires strong regional HR experience, leadership capability, and proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Excel.

Duties to Be Performed

Regional HR Management

• Oversee HR operations across Singapore, Philippines, Malaysia, and India
• Ensure consistency of HR policies, procedures, and best practices across all locations
