Our client is an established international private equity firm with a strong global investment portfolio and regional presence across APAC. They are looking for a commercially minded Group HR BP to partner closely with senior leadership and drive end-to-end HR initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to senior stakeholders across the business, supporting organizational growth, workforce planning, and people strategy initiatives.
- Manage the full spectrum of HR operations including employer relations, compensation & benefits, HR policies, employee lifecycle management, and regional HR advisory support.
