Celebrated Café and brunch destination with branches in Milpark & Rosebank is looking for a Group Head Chef to manage kitchen operations across the group.
Responsibilities include developing seasonal menus, training kitchen staff, controlling food and labour costs, and ensuring uncompromising food quality, hygiene standards, and guest satisfaction.
Duties:
Spearhead menu development, seasonal innovation, and recipe standardization across all outlets.
Monitor food costing, procurement, and inventory management to maximize profitability while minimizing waste.
