**Job Summary and Qualifications**

**Role Summary:** The Group Exercise Instructor leads exercise sessions for groups of participants. The group may be heterogeneous, including individuals with different fitness levels, medical concerns and ages, or homogenous, with individuals who have similar characteristics such as arthritis, frail and elderly, or pregnancy. Examples of group exercise classes include but are not limited to step aerobics, yoga, Zumba, easy aerobics, piyo, stretching, indoor cycling, etc.
