We’re looking for a creative and collaborative individual to join our Employee Communications team as a Group Employee Content Executive. This role is all about bringing stories to life, creating engaging content, and helping us connect with colleagues across the business. Supporting the conception and creation of large-scale employee communications campaigns

Developing written, visual and audio content to keep colleagues engaged and informed

Planning and delivering communications around key business moments and events

Researching and telling compelling stories about our people

Managing weekly and monthly newsletters and content calendars

Collaborating with teams to ensure communications are on-brand and in tone
