It’s an exciting time to join our team of employee-owners for this key position in the New York Office! The Group Director – Program and Construction Management is responsible for leading our team of approximately 60 staff performing Program Management, Construction Management, and Resident Engineering & Inspection services. As a key member of the New York Office Leadership Team, the Group Director:
* Brings culture of leadership and development; Responsible for technical coaching and mentoring and efficient, productive utilization of staff in providing high-quality service.
* Drives profitable growth of the Program & Construction Management services
* Collaborates with leadership across the office and division to apply the firm’s strategic sales and planning approaches.
