Position Overview

The Group Director, Data & Product at Havas Media Group Canada (HMG CA) is responsible for driving adoption of AI‑powered data, products, and media technologies across cross‑functional teams, primarily through the Converged.AI ecosystem.

We want the role to shift internal teams toward AI‑driven, signal‑based decisioning, leveraging platform‑native AI and proprietary tools to enhance media insights, strategic planning, activation and measurement capabilities. This role will also support growth initiatives across existing clients and new business.

Key Responsibilities

• In collaboration with the HMG Canada Senior Leadership Team, set the strategic vision for Havas’ Data & Product department.
• Lead the full roll out of Converged.AI in Canada within the Havas Media team.
