Position Overview
Reporting into executive leadership, you will be responsible for consolidating financial information across 9 entities, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and strategic financial insight to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consolidate monthly financial results across 9 group entities
- Prepare group management accounts and board reporting packs
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax, and statutory requirements
- Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations
- Support finance teams across SADC operations
- Oversee audit processes and strengthen financial controls
- Leverage SAP to optimise reporting and financial processes
Job Experience & Skills Required (Ideal Candidate Profile):
- BCom Accounting or equivalent qualification
