Job Title: Grounds Keeper/Landscaper Wage/Hour Status: Non-exempt Reports to: Director of Facilities Pay Grade: 4 Dept. /School: Facilities Days: 247 Supervises: None Primary Purpose: To maintain safe and attractive grounds and landscaping
Qualifications: - Basic grounds maintenance knowledge
Education/ Qualifications: - Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Valid Texas driver's license
Special Knowledge/Skills: - Ability to read and understand written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally
