Groundskeeper

This role is responsible for maintaining the appearance, cleanliness, and safety of the community's exterior areas, amenities, and common spaces while supporting the maintenance team with minor repairs, service requests, and unit turnovers. The position helps ensure a clean, welcoming environment that meets company standards for curb appeal and functionality.

• Inspect and clean the property daily by removing litter, debris, pet droppings, and maintaining all common areas and amenities in a neat condition.
