Overview:
Responsible for exterior cleanliness and upkeep, including trash removal, window cleaning, and general grounds maintenance. Also responsible for cleaning charcoal grills, guest laundry facility and restrooms. Responsible for training and associate leadership. Responsible for oversight of maintenance attendants ensuring general upkeep of guest rooms and public areas. Also responsible for training and upholding Sawmill Creek Resort standards and company policies.

Responsibilities:

+ Leads a small group of Maintenance Attendants during shift.
+ Moves and arranges furniture.
+ Performs set-up for special events.
+ Performs routine troubleshooting for in-room issues.
+ Works with chemicals in accordance with all safety guidelines listed on the safety data sheets (SDS).
+ Uses cleaning equipment in accordance with the departmental safety guidelines.
+ Utilizes personal protective equipment (PPE) as necessary.
