Grounds Maintenance Team Leader
Location: Beacon Barracks, MOD Stafford
Hourly Rate: £13 to £13.50 (dependent on experience and qualifications)
Contract type: Permanent, Full-time
Working hours: Monday - Friday, annualised shift patterns between 07:30 to 16:30 (longer days in Summer, shorter days in Winter)

About the role

Overseeing a team of Grounds Maintenance Operatives based at Beacon Barracks, MOD Stafford, you will keep the grounds in wonderful condition for our client through grounds maintenance and gardening tasks such as grass cutting, strimming, hedge pruning, flower bed maintenance, spraying and more. Previous Grounds Maintenance and leadership experience is required.
