Lead a sub‑team of integration and test (I&T) engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
Lead the development, review, and deployment of a test and trial program for the range services of the land‑based test facility, including commissioning, integration testing, dock acceptance testing, sea acceptance testing, and operational test and evaluation.
Manage post‑installation inspections, commissioning, and verification of equipment readiness.
Develop, author, and execute test documentation to verify the operation of integrated systems/software.
Manage the documentation of test results in the Test Management System (TMS).
Manage defect reports and related documentation.
Oversee test report reviews, including analysis of collected data, and report findings to key stakeholders as required.
Manage planning and execution of acceptance activities.
