First Military Recruitment is proudly working in partnership with a fantastic International Defence business who are looking to recruit a Ground Crew Instructor on a permanent basis due to growth to be based at their Stockbridge depot.

As a Ground Crew Instructor, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You’ll be at the heart of delivering specialist refuelling operations training to phase two trainees and students in the Army Air Corps. This is a unique opportunity to make a real impact – developing future military professionals while advancing your own career in defence, aerospace and engineering.
