Position Overview
Pay Range: $77,500.00 - $90,00.00 Annual
Position is 5 days a week, 10 hour days, with on call for nights and weekends
Qualifications: What you need to bringTwo (2) years progressive upper-management experience OR previous management experience with two (2) years experience in Swift Driver Management, Planning or CSR position required. The Driver Management/Planner/CSR experience may be substituted with a minimum of two (2) years of Swift Driver experience in conjunction with a minimum of two (2) years of prior management experience. Transportation experience preferred.Ability to lead others; above average verbal and written communication skills; ability to transfer knowledge; excellent organizational skills; professional appearance; detail-oriented; ability to take direction from managers; knowledge of the transportation industry preferred.Bachelors in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required.<...
