What you’ll do:
Reporting to the Food Store Manager, the successful applicant will be self-motivated, ambitious, and energetic and be involved in all aspects of grocery team operations including recruitment, training and development and performance management.
Provide strong leadership and support to all grocery team members.Provide top notch customer service satisfaction.Organize, direct and co-ordinate the operations of the grocery store teamTo achieve budgeted goals.Maintain consistent buying and selling policies.
