Adecco is partnering with a local client in Ripon, Wisconsin to find reliable general production associates to work as a Grinders on 1st shift.

**Pay:** $18.50/hr
**Shift:** Mon-Fri 6am-4pm

**Primary Duties and Responsibilities:**

+ Operate and utilize grinding tools (including stand up grinder, hand grinder, file, etc) to remove excess material, burrs or imperfections from metal castings or other parts
+ Perform quality checks on product
+ Notify supervisor of any mechanical or material issues
+ Clean work area at end of shift
+ Assist in other production areas as needed
+ Perform other related tasks as assigned

**Physical Environment/Working Conditions:**

+ Work in factory/foundry setting requiring bending, crouching, climbing, standing, walking, reaching, and lifting (1-50 lbs).
+ Expose to humidity, outdoor temperature extremes, noisy work areas, and vibrations.
+ Requires good vision for both near and far.
