**Job Title: Machine Operator**

**Shift : 3:00pm - 11:30pm, $21.50-$23.00/hour + Weekly Pay + Sick Time + Full Benefits**

**Job Description :** The Machine Operator sets up and operates grinding equipment to produce high-quality metal, aluminum, and plastic parts according to specifications. This role involves centerless grinding, precise measurement using micrometers and calipers, and careful monitoring of the production process to minimize scrap and ensure consistent product quality. The Machine Operator follows blueprints and standardized procedures to support efficient, safe, and accurate manufacturing operations.
