Join Maison McCulloch Hospice as a Grief Services Associate, providing heartfelt support to those navigating loss. This full time role includes on-call rotations and centers on compassionate and holistic care. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you'll facilitate grief support for individuals and groups, conduct care assessments, and develop tailored care plans. Your role will involve advocating for clients while connecting families to vital community resources and supporting diverse cultural practices. Participate in quality improvement and help with the Children’s Grief Program when needed. Make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and families at Maison McCulloch Hospice.
