About the role:
We currently have a full time position available for a reliable, flexible and customer service officer to join the Freight team in Alice Springs.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Coordinating freight distribution for the regionLoading and unloading freight from coaches and trailers, involving repetitive manual handlingEnsure compliance with all Greyhound policies taking particular note of Freight restrictions and guidelinesProcessing quotes, bookings and payments for freight consignmentsProviding customer service of a high standardResponding to enquires at the freight counter and over the phoneMaintain the delivery of inbound and outbound Australia Post volumesMaintaining computerised records for administration purposesProviding general support to the teamAbout you:
