ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Seat guests as they approach the entrance in the proper sections as the floor
plan dictates.
2. Full understanding of the menu and ability to ring in food orders when
necessary.
3. Replenish supplies for carry out orders.
4. Responsible for keeping work area clean and presentable
5. Other duties as assigned.
REPORTING LINE
You will report directly to the Gatsby Supervisor then to the Director of F&B.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
ο· Must have excellent communication skills, be polite, and present a neat
appearance at all times.
ο· The ability to work with others as a team in an efficient manner.
ο· You will need the ability to read, write and understand simple instruction.
ο· Strong verbal communication skills.
ο· You will need to be available to work all shifts.
