Greenhouse & Horticulture Field Operations Manager, Plant Sciences

PRIMARY PURPOSE: 

To manage the greenhouses and the day-to-day activities of the Horticulture Field Operations. This includes overseeing the smooth and efficient operation of these facilities and the equipment located at these areas.

NATURE OF WORK: 

Reports to the Chairs
of the PLSC Growth Facilities and the PLSC Horticultural Committees. The manager is responsible for all aspects of the
operation of the department’s greenhouses and horticulture field plots and
grounds. This position will be a liaison between the various research programs
operating at the greenhouse and the Horticulture Field Facility and the Chairs
of the PLSC Growth Facilities and the PLSC Horticultural Committees. The position is responsible for the assignment of
