Develop process design basis, heat & mass balances, process configuration, and other estimates for green energy and industrial projects.
Perform techno-economic assessments including CAPEX, OPEX, profitability, and project sensitivity analyses to support investment decision-making.
Support feasibility studies (FS), pre-FEED, and early-stage project development by evaluating technical and commercial viability of project opportunities.
Estimate and optimize operating costs including utilities, chemicals, catalysts, manpower, maintenance, and other operational expenditures.
Evaluate technology options, licensors, and process configurations to identify the most effective technical and economic solutions.
Engage with vendors, suppliers, licensors, and engineering consultants to obtain technical data, budgetary quotations, and performance guarantees.
