Job Responsibilities:
End-to-End Project Management:
Oversee the entire data center project lifecycle, including client development, preliminary site selection, acquisition of land/power grid/water resources, cost and budget management, design coordination, construction coordination, and green energy supply. Develop the master project plan, monitor key milestones, and manage project scope, quality, cost, and schedule risks to ensure project objectives are achieved. Project Resource Coordination and Acquisition:
Lead the acquisition of critical resources during the project initiation phase. Drive and manage the project approval and permitting processes, including but not limited to the assessment, negotiation, and acquisition of project land, procedures, and permits. Successfully obtain all key permits and approvals required for project development. Client Needs Translation and Relationship Development:
Accurately understand and translate core client requirements (e.g., PUE,...
