Improve page design, readability, user flow, call-to-action sections, and overall visual consistency.
Support website content for airline, hotel, ferry, travel insurance, visa assistance, tour packages, inbound travel, cruises, car arrangement, and MICE/group requests.
Coordinate with the portal or IT supplier when design changes need to be implemented inside BK Portal.
Maintain consistent branding across website, landing pages, portal announcements, and digital materials.
