Founded in Berlin, autarc is a ~40 person start-up who were part of Y Combinator's S24 batch in San Francisco. Our team consists of people in Sales, Marketing, Tech and Operations, with the Marketing department currently ~2 people, as we continue to grow throughout the year.

Role description

As Graphic / Motion Designer, you will join a small but extremely ambitious Marketing & Growth team that will carry our software through its global rollout. You work directly with Mariella Gradler, our Senior Marketing Manager and one of autarc's first employees, alongside a Graphic Designer and a Videographer. The team is actively growing: we are also hiring a Performance Marketing Manager and a Webflow Builder.

Your focus is motion. The majority of your work is animated content for ads, social, newsletters and the website. Beyond that, you support the team on selected static creatives when campaigns need it. You are strongest in animation, ...
