We are looking for a mid-level Graphic Designer who lives and breathes performance creative. You will be designing static and motion assets for paid social and search campaigns across Meta, Google, and Tik Tok. Work that needs to stop the scroll, communicate fast, and drive clicks. This is not a brand guardianship role. It is a conversion‑first, high‑output position where speed, adaptability, and data awareness matter as much as craft.
What You’ll Do Design ad creatives across multiple formats (static, carousel, story, and display) for live paid campaigns. Produce multiple variants per brief to support A/B and multivariate testing. Translate performance data and feedback into revised creative quickly. Collaborate with the media and copy teams to ensure creative aligns with targeting strategy and platform best practices.
