Burnt is looking for a creative, data informed Graphic Designer to own the visual output of our paid media and performance marketing engine. You'll be the engine behind our ad creatives — designing scroll-stopping static ads, motion graphics, and video content that drives real results. This isn't a brand-only role —you’ll be designing with conversion in mind.
What You'll Do:Design and produce high-volume ad creatives across Meta, Google, Tik Tok, and You Tube — including static, carousel, and video formats
Edit and produce short-form video ads and UGC-style content for paid social channels
Develop creative concepts based on performance briefs, audience insights, and funnel stage (awareness, consideration, retargeting, conversion)
Manage and iterate on creative libraries, ensuring assets are organised and up to date across all active campaigns
