1. The Mission

At Win It Social, we help brands in the various sectors make an impactful digital footprint. We handle everything from ‘script-to-screen‘. We are looking for a designer who doesn‘t just ‘make things pretty‘ but takes absolute ownership of the design life cycle, allowing our Creative Head to focus on strategy rather than QC.

2. Core Responsibilities

• End-to-End Ownership: Manage the design process from initial brief in Notion to final export. You are responsible for meeting deadlines without ‘firefighting‘.
