Position Overview
Key Responsibilities:
- Design daily performance ad creatives (static + basic motion) for paid media campaigns
- Convert marketing briefs into multiple creative variations for A/B testing
- Create high-impact visuals focused on CTR, conversion, and engagement
- Adapt brand assets into performance-first formats (ads, banners, thumbnails, etc.)
- Work closely with performance marketers to understand whatβs working and iterate quickly
- Maintain design quality while working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Support additional creative needs such as landing page assets and marketplace creatives
Must Have
- 2β5 years of graphic design experience
- Strong skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma (or similar tools)
- Understanding of performance marketing basics (ads, CTR, hooks, testing mindset)
- Strong sense of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to work fast and manage multiple deadlines
