Design high‑quality visual assets representing the strategic positioning of Waters brand across channels, including internal and external campaigns/messagingCreate innovative designs and concepts for campaigns or initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and use data analysis to understand what is working and what is not.Translate creative briefs and business objectives into clear, compelling visual concepts and executions.Apply and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.Organize, archive, and maintain design assets within shared systems and DAM tools.Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices to continually elevate and refresh creative output.
