Grants Analyst
We are assisting a client of ours in their search for a Grants Analyst to join their team!
Duties: Under the supervision of the Director of Subrecipient Compliance, the Grants Analyst will:
Supervise and assist in the budgeting and contracting processes. Process budget revisions for city-funded agencies and grant-funded subrecipients. Monitor expenditures of subawards and subcontracts. Open, approve, close, and maintain all purchase orders. Manage subrecipient site visits to ensure thoroughness per National Monitoring Standards. Present compliance materials to grant awardees and city-funded agencies during annual orientations. Oversee the reconciliation process for funded programs.
