£17.50- £18 per hour

Monday - Friday (flexibility required to support events, including occasional weekends)

We are looking for a Graduation & Events Manager to join a busy Marketing & Communications team. The successful candidate will have strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple events effectively.

The Graduation & Events Manager Role -

Managing the delivery of large-scale events, including graduation ceremonies and key corporate events
Planning schedules, coordinating logistics, and overseeing event communications and ticketing
Managing event staff, suppliers, and external partners
Supporting event promotion with marketing teams
Ensuring high standards of delivery, customer experience, and compliance
Monitoring event success and driving improvements
