Position: Software Engineer – Graphics, Media, Display and Camera (GMDC) group, Intel Edge Software, Penang campus, Malaysia.

The role focuses on developing Linux's video, graphics, and display device drivers, working across software development engineering teams to enhance performance and implement new features.

Shift: Shift 1 (Malaysia). Primary location: Penang, Malaysia. Additional location: Kulim, Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain video/media/graphics driver components for Linux.
• Collaborate with partners to analyze and improve video/media/graphics performance.
• Implement new software features and recommend future hardware and software improvements.
